We do sell QR Axle End Caps to make some of our wheels and hubs 141mm QR Boost compatible.
You will need to have purchased a boost-spaced hub (such as MT Supadrive Boost Hub, which comes as standard on many of our high-end mountain bike wheels).
The axle end caps with the QR fitment that are specific to your boost-spaced hub will fit to make your hub a 141mm boost QR axle.
